Mark Clayton Baber left this plane of existence to go traveling on May 13, 2018. He had a big personality and a generous soul. He was gifted with many talents including music, art and writing. He will be met in the next plane by his mother Glenna Baber, his father Clarence “Jack” Baber, his aunt Betty Winterbotham, and his good friend Paul Vasquez. Those left on earth are his wife Mary Beth Baber; his daughter, Amanda MacRitchie, her husband David MacRitchie and their much-loved daughter Damia; his daughter Darcy Baber-Lipes and husband Ned; and his best friend Curtis. He left behind a large family: brother Jack Baber and his wife Carol; brother Steve Baber and his wife Sue; his brother Glenn Baber; his sister Jenna Hauser and husband Eric; sister Lorie Francis; Cousin Tim Winterbotham; and in-laws Jackie and Paul Rabe, as well as a multitude of aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews. He had a big heart that included many friends who will miss him: Dave D’Angelo, Bobbie Boures, Bill Casey, Darby Tipple, Steven Benoit, Michael Davis, Ruth and Steve Little, Mike and Tracy McGowan and Matt Helke. His passing will leave a big hole in our lives. We will all miss you. I would also like to give special thanks to his Hospice team, Jane, Monica, Jen, Summer, Stacey, Barb, Ashley and Heather. A Celebration of Life will be held on June 2, 2018 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Patty Shelter in the park located at 4361 National Road, Vandalia, Ohio 45377.
